GRR Number: 19-058

Type of Surrender: Owner Turn In

Age: ~18 months

Weight: 60 lbs

Personality: Kenosha was recently returned to GRR due to changes in her adopter’s living situation,  Her current foster family says she is playful, gentle, happy, and calm for a young dog.  She loves, loves, loves car rides, enjoys walking on leash and playing with other dogs.  She also adores being brushed and is playful / bouncy with children.

Kenosha likes to play with toys although she tends to shred soft toys so for now, needs “tough, sturdy” dog toys.  She sleeps through the night and is housebroken.  Kenosha is a gem who is super laid back and easy going.  She plays well with other dogs and enjoys a fun game of tug-of-war.

Kenosha enjoys her bed and will lay on it during the day in the foster’s home office making her great for a “work-from-home environment”  She knows some basic commands but will benefit from additional obedience and leash training.  Her foster mom says Kenosha is “timid at times, calm, playful, sweet and loves to run outside in the morning.  She is a lovely, sweet dog.”

Ideal Home: Kenosha’s needs are pretty simple: a family to love and ‘hangout’ with her.  She does well with other dogs and likes people so another calm dog and children are ideal  Kenosha is a healthy, young, easygoing dog who is ready to join her new family for lots of adventures!
