Personality: Howie, aka Howitzer, is a super friendly little guy who’s small on size, but big on personality. Howie is somewhat shy when you first meet him, but when he warms up to you, he acts just like a puppy. We don’t know a lot about Howie’s life prior to arriving at Austin Animal Center – we DO know that he’s got a bright future now that he’s with Gold Ribbon Rescue!
