Personality: Cooper, now a lifetime member of the GRR club, is happy and doing well in his foster home. He's a handsome boy with a beautiful coat. He has marked his new home a couple of times, to make sure everyone knows that it’s his, but for the most part he is house broken and his other house manners are not an issue.

He has only met other dogs nose to nose on the other side of the fence. His tail wags and seems happy to meet her, but he has not had a real one-on-one meeting with another dog yet. There is a cat in his foster home. As long as the cat doesn’t move, Cooper just smells him, but as soon as the cat runs, the chase is on!

Cooper likes to move around in the car and is already getting better on the leash from his initial habit of pulling. He will chase after a thrown ball but takes him time bringing it back.

Cooper barked at the latest thunderstorm but didn’t seem frightened. He is also now sleeping through the night, too. He’s a bit wiggly while being groomed but is also getting better about that.

Ideal Home: Cooper is an active, sweet, lovable and outgoing dog. He’s already learned sit and stay and hopefully his forever family would continue with his training because he isn’t great about coming when he is called. He’d love a big yard in which to play and lots of active people to play with.
