Gold Ribbon Rescue has been able to rescue hundreds of golden retrievers over the past 14 years because of the dedication of volunteers. Spring is just around the corner and with its arrival we typically get an influx of dogs.  The puppy that was darling as last year’s Christmas gift is now an adolescent and not as much fun anymore….the older dog is costing too much money to keep….it’s time to move and we can’t take the dog.  The reasons for giving up a golden are endless and that’s why we need your help.

Please consider joining us on Saturday, January 11, 2014 to find out how you can help.

Areas of need include:

  • Hotline
  • Intake (evaluating dogs and facilitating their placement in GRR program)
  • Transport
  • Medical
  • Fostering
  • Phone Interviews
  • Home Visits
  • Matching
  • Adoption Follow-ups
  • Events

There’s nothing quite as rewarding as knowing you had a hand in creating a new life for a golden retriever.

We hope you'll join us on January 11, 2014.
