Personality:  When GRR first heard about Mary from the Austin Animal Center, she was so full of pups that she could barely waddle around!  This bulging blondie was picked up as a stray and tipped the scales at 100 lbs – ready to give birth at any moment!  Brave GRR volunteers swooped in to get Mary so that she could have a proper and safe environment to bring her sweet puppies into the world.

A few days later, Mary became a mother to eleven puppies!  Sadly, two puppies did not make it past a few days, although the remaining puppies seem to be thriving and growing at incredible speeds.  Mary is a great mom, and she’s proving to be a real sweetheart around humans as well.

Mary will be spending the next several months caring for her puppies, but afterwards she will be available to adoption.  We already know that she is super sweet and seems relatively healthy.  Mary will be a wonderful companion!

Ideal home: We are still learning about Mary’s personality – more details coming soon!
