Kyna, which is from the Irish cion for love, affection and esteem, came into GRR in pretty bad shape. But after receiving fluids and an appetite stimulant at the GRR vet, she was like a different dog by that night. When she got to her foster home, she was immediately eating, pottying, and wagging her tail! WOW!!
Personality: Kyna has had no issues with housebreaking. She goes outside and does her business quickly and efficiently! She roams free in her foster home with no issues, never jumps on people, and is very gentle, plus, she is great on the leash and sleeps soundly through the night.
Kyna loves to be groomed and touched and always seeks contact with her foster family. If she wants attention, she gently nudges foster mom’s hand with her nose. She is being pampered with coconut oil massages and absolutely loves it.
Her energy is average, and she loves to go walking, showing some pep in her step. Kyna’s personality shows no signs of emotional trauma considering all she’s been through.
Ideal Home: Kyna would be happy in a home with another dog with or without kids. Once she fully recovers, a nice big yard would be must.
