Bryce came to GRR with heart worm and hook worm, both of which are treatable in this cute little blonde guy who looks to have some lab mixed in with this Golden Retriever genes.

Personality: Bryce is pretty much housetrained. Right now, he is kept isolated in one room of the house to due to his recent neuter. But he is happy and bouncy and loves everybody. Just wait till he gets out of that cone!

Bryce is calm in the car but currently needs a little boost to get into that big old SUV. He doesn’t appear to have had any leash training because he likes to pull when walking. Unknown yet if he is ball chaser and retriever since he must take it easy for the time being.

Inside the house Bryce is friendly, snuggly and calm. He loves to be on a lap. He is outgoing and shows a tendency to have a good amount of energy when all his health issues are resolved.

He seems to be interested in counter surfing and knows exactly how to use those big, brown puppy eyes to get nibbles. During our recent stormy weather, he prefers to stay close to people and is not the least bit interested in going outside. He sleeps well though the night till morning.

Ideal Home: Bryce needs a family that is confident in training because he will take over if allowed. His new family also needs to be willing to take him through his heart worm treatments (at GRR’s expense).
