Ruby was found as a stray near a
schoolyard in San Antonio. Just one year old, this little girl already had
heartworms—but she has started her treatment and is doing well.
Ruby is every bit the gem her name implies. She is happy, playful, and loves to
snuggle. She loves water, too! ... the sprinkler, a rain shower, her own water
bowl -- she is not particular!
