Charlie...
Say hello to Charlie! He's a 6 year old Golden boy with an infectious smile.
Charlie came in to GRR care from a family that had developed allergies and could
no longer keep Charlie indoors and near the family members who loved him so
much. They knew that the best thing for Charlie was to send him off to a family
that could love on him without suffering from itchy, watery eyes and sneezing.
Charlie immediately fit into our home as if he'd lived here all of his life.
Charlie is such a sweet little boy - he never jumps on you, never counter surfs,
and rarely barks. He plays well with our other Golden, although he isn't interested
in playing hard for long periods of time. He gently takes treats from your hand.
He likes chewing on sterilized bones or nylabones once in awhile, but mostly
he is happy to just lie at your feet and smile sweetly at you. As mellow as
he is, when we tried to get photos of this handsome boy he kept moving around!
Charlie is completely house-trained and trustworthy. He hasn't had a single
accident in the house since we've had him. He is very good with cats. He smiles
at them but doesn't give chase or bark at them. Charlie is gentle, loving, and
quiet, and he instantly captured our hearts. He smiles at you all the time and
you can't help but just melt each and every time. Charlie has brought his own
special joy to our home, and managed to calm our goofy Golden down in the
process! What more could we ask for?!
