Meet Blossom…She is a four month old puppy from the local shelter. She has a
sweet, laid back disposition. She likes to chew on bones, pounce on bugs then
curl up next to one of our Goldens for a long afternoon nap.
Blossom
seems to be housetrained. Don’t rub your eyes! You read that correctly. She has
been accident free since her arrival. We are very proud of her.
She is playful, snuggly and loves to give puppy kisses. She also likes to sit up
on her rear legs and gently bat her paw at you to play. It looks more like a
kitten than puppy behavior but we haven’t told her that!
Blossom loves to play with our Goldens. She likes to romp around the yard and
engage in a fun game of bite-y head. Sometimes she gets a reminder of what is
too rough from the four legged females. They are keeping her in line. She is
equally fond of our two human children ages 4 and 7. She hasn’t been rough and
they love making her sit for a Scooby snack.
Blossom is still full of puppy antics. She likes to sneak and grab a “no-no” and
take off running. She always manages to circle around to parade it in front of
us before we intervene and ruin all the fun.
She
responds well to a firm no and happily chews on something more appropriate when
we hand it to her. She is still learning all the house rules but she is a quick
study.
Blossom is a joy to have in the house. Her easy going personality makes it
impossible not to fall in love with her once you look into those beautiful brown
eyes.
