Bella
(3 year old)
“Single, smart, good looking red head seeking fun loving family with lots of
tennis balls and toys.” Bella is looking for a family to play fetch and have fun
with. In return she will obey most command (sit, stay, down, come, shake), stay
off the furniture, do her business outside, return most toys you want fetched,
and give unconditional love.
Bella
came to GRR from Town Lake Animal Center (Austin's shelter), she adapted quickly
to her foster home and has been in good spirits since leaving the animal
shelter. She loves playing fetch, going for rides in the car, playing keep away,
and being loved on. Bella is very smart and has obviously had some training. She
is very friendly and easy going and would fit easily into a family with
children. Bella is also good with other dogs and was fine with Caesar, our
Matchmakers cat. When she meets new people she gets very excited and tends to
jump and wiggle around but she is learning that jumping is not acceptable.
Bella
is my first GRR foster dog and I never though it would be so easy. If we are not
playing with her, she’ll usually chew on toys left around the house or chill-out
in the same room as us. We make sure there are lots of toys for her to play with
and chew on so she does not go after items that are not hers. If you are looking
for an instant wonderful dog, Bella’s your girl! We look forward to finding her
a family that will play with her and love her as much as I do.
