Rigley is an 11 year old distinguished gentleman who comes to GRR from owners who could no longer care for him.  Watch for more information on this good looking "older man" as his foster family gets to know him better.

Rigley is a Golden Oldie and needs a loving home in which to spend his golden years. Riggs, as we call him, is THE sweetest dog.  He is very mellow but he enjoys going on walks and we enjoy walking him because he never pulls on the leash.  Riggs is completely well mannered he only has one flaw; he likes to dig.  Maybe he digs because he is worried that he will be left alone in the yard again, after all he was living outside before he came to GRR.  If I go outside with him, and bring him back in right after he goes potty he could care less about digging.  Riggs loves to lie on the carpet, look at you and wag his tail.  Although he is slow to give kisses, once he warms up to you, he will happily give you the sweetest little kiss on your cheek. Riggs has a ghost-like gray face that really shows off his dominant brown eyes.  At 77 pounds he is a tall, lean guy with big paws who has a great deal of love to give.  He as been with us for 7 days and we love him already
