Adopted
Teddy
is about 5
and comes to us from a local shelter. He reminds you of a big huggable Teddy
bear - hence his name. He gets this foster update:
Teddy is a very calm dog. He is good around other dogs, children, and adults. He has had free roam of the house since day two and has not chewed anything or had any accidents in the house. He is very affectionate. The last dog that I fostered could have been trained to do anything I think. She would have made a good hunter, service dog, search and rescue dog, agility dog, or fly ball dog. Teddy is all pet. He is the dog you get because you want a wonderful companion. He will stay with you everywhere you go and make himself comfortable while you go about your business. He is just the right height to lay is big ol' head on your knee and gaze at you while you sit in a chair. He would be a good dog to have on a freezing night when the furnace is not working. He is not a high energy dog, but hour long walks don't bother him at all. After a long walk he will lay down in my wading pool. He then swims with his front legs. Needless to say that little pool becomes a wave pool and it is really funny to watch.
Watch for more as we get to know this handsome blonde better
