Roscoe is truly a retriever.  He chases the tennis ball, brings it back and drops it right in your hand, what a nice boy.  He came from a shelter so I don’t know anything about his past life.  I’d guess that he has been around children because he was very good with the children of our foster home where he spent his first night in GRR care.  He is underweight by about 5 pounds but now that he is getting three square meals each day he will put on weight in no time.  He is starved for attention and loves to sit near you and get his ears rubbed.  Roscoe looks at you with loving brown eyes almost as if to say “Thank you for being nice to me, do I get to stay?”
