Adopted

Harley & Max come to us from a family who could not give them enough time and wanted a better life for them.   They will be 2 in April and are sweet nice housedogs that love children.  They are housebroken and polite in the house.

Harley Update:

Hi!

"Life with Harley has been a pleasure, beginning with our first encounter.  He seemed to enjoy the car ride, and was well behaved in the back of the Explorer.  He has taken a liking to everything immediately, including his foster sister, Tess, and my three children (as well as a bone stuffed with cheese).

"Harley is a handsome blond boy with a quirky tail - it's bent at the end for added character. He is housebroken and polite, but does like to put his front paws up on the bed to greet good morning.  Squeaky toys seem to be his favorite, but he is generous about sharing with Tess.  He loves to play ball - outside or inside.  We don't like to allow ball playing in the house since we don't want flying golden retrievers knocking into furniture, but he has found a way around the rule.  He takes his slobbery squeaky ball and places it in your lap or next to you, and since you can't stand the thought of the drool on your clothes, you pick it up and... you're playing with him, even if it is only to drop it on the floor - it makes him so happy.

"Harley is getting used to the crate.  I think the toughest part of being in it, is that he's alone, even if Tess is 5 feet away in hers.  Harley is energetic and affectionate - always looking for love, and so grateful when he gets it."
