Peyton is one year old.  This happy bouncy boy comes to us from an owner who loved him very much but had to move to a small apartment that did not allow dogs.  Peyton loves the water, is great with kids and thinks people are wonderful.  Watch for more as we get to know him better.

Peyton is a very loving and active one year old.  He adores being petted, is absolutely obsessed with retrieving, and doesn't like to sit still for more than three minutes.  His favorite activities are fetching his Frisbee or chewing a toy on your lap (not a whole retriever on your lap, just his toy on your lap while chewing).  Peyton has gorgeous liquid eyes that just beg for love.  He is a medium sized dog who will maintain his svelte build with continued exercise.  He is a well behaved dog with just a few obedience areas we are working on.  Peyton may be a distant relative of Michael Jordan!  He can jump straight off the ground about three feet.  We are working on keeping the jumping at a safe distance from people.  He is also learning that walking next to his people is more enjoyable than pulling them down the street!  Peyton would be a prime candidate for agility training.  He is quick, extremely intelligent, and eager to learn.  Peyton needs a forever home where he can get lots attention and even more exercise.  He is anxious to please and will make the perfect family the ideal dog!
